The present information was created in order to make known with the utmost transparency and confidentiality what personal data (hereinafter, “Data”) the Searcode SRL (hereinafter, the “Searcode”), based in Catanzaro in Viale degli Angioini 89/A, in its capacity as the Data Controller as well as subject representative of the Coverride brand (hereinafter, “Coverride”), collects through its websites and applications and in what manner such Data is used in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

Place of data processing

We process personal data that we receive from you when you place an order on our websites or by using our services and our applications. We also collect personal data from customers who communicate with us by e-mail and from those who provide their e-mail address to register for our applications or websites and/or to subscribe to our mailing list. In addition, we collect personal data provided by visitors to our website and our applications. Searcode does not target minors in connection with the websites to applications and related services attached thereto. In the event that Searcode uses or publishes the Personal Information of a person who is not legally an adult, it will seek parental consent in accordance with local laws and regulations in order to protect that person.

Right to be forgotten

Pursuant to Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, in relation to the Data disclosed, the Data Subject has the right to: – Access and request a copy; – Request cancellation/rectification; – obtain the restriction of processing; – object to the processing carried out based on the legitimate interest of the Owner; – receive in a format structured, commonly used, machine-readable and Transmit such Data to another data controller without hindrance, where technically feasible; – file a complaint with a supervisory authority: without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional recourse, the Data Subject who considers that the processing concerning him or her violates the Privacy Regulations has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State where he or she resides or habitually works, or of the State where the alleged violation occurred. Klaviyo is a professional service for managing DEM (Direct Email Marketing) campaigns. We use this service to manage the newsletter offered to our visitors. The data collected are kept and remain private, these are shared possibly only with third parties necessary for the provision of the services offered to the user.
