These images are intended to demonstrate compatibility between our products and iPhone devices and do not imply that such devices are included with the products sold, nor do they imply any association with Apple Inc. \u201ciPhone\u201d is a registered trademark of Apple Inc., and all rights to the trademark and related products are the exclusive property of Apple Inc.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.2 Product Presentation and Compatibility<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The images displayed on the website are indicative of the \u201cCoverride\u201d cover models designed for compatibility with iPhone 13 Pro. However, to facilitate extended compatibility with other iPhone models, including iPhone 12, 13, and 14, the design of the \u201cCoverride\u201d covers has been optimized to fit multiple devices. This approach allows a single \u201cCoverride\u201d cover model to work with several iPhone generations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, the camera cutout on \u201cCoverride\u201d products compatible with iPhone 12, iPhone 13, or iPhone 14 may appear slightly larger than the actual camera module on those devices. This design choice ensures broader compatibility across multiple iPhone models with a single product, simplifying the Customer experience without affecting product functionality in any way.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coverride Smart Pendant is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.3 Product Modifications<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to modify specifications, prices, and product availability without notice, in order to improve product quality and compatibility. Such modifications may also be applied to extend compatibility with additional devices.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.4 Purchases Without an Account<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coverride products may be purchased without creating an account. Even in this case, the Customer must provide the information necessary for order processing, including shipping address and payment details.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1.5 Package Contents<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each <\/span><b>Coverride<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> package includes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x Coverride<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x USB to Type-C charging cable<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x Instruction manual provided in QR Code format<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each <\/span><b>Coverride Smart Pendant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> package includes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x Coverride Smart Pendant<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x Necklace<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 x Instruction manual provided in QR Code format<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>1.6 Quality Control<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode performs a thorough inspection of every unit before shipment, including product testing for a minimum of 10 hours. Each product undergoes tests on design updates via the official app, button functionality on the shell, and charging capabilities. The casing, electronic components, and battery are inspected and tested before assembly.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2 \u2013 Product Shipping, Packaging, and Claims<\/b><\/p><p><b>2.1 Shipping Terms<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode commits to shipping products within 2 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.2 Shipping Costs<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard shipping is free of charge. However, alternative shipping methods (if available), such as express shipping or cash-on-delivery, may incur additional costs. Customs duties and taxes may apply to orders placed outside Italy and will be entirely borne by the Customer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.3 Shipment Tracking<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the order has been shipped, Searcode will provide the Customer with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.4 Liability for Delays or Loss<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or force majeure events. In case of loss, Searcode will cooperate with the carrier, but final responsibility for delays or additional costs is excluded to the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.5 Packaging Claims<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode packages all products following strict quality control procedures. The product is placed inside a rigid protective box, sealed with polypropylene film, and shipped in a tamper-resistant box <\/span><b>with optional adhesive closure or otherwise adequately sealed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For any claims regarding packaging or transport damage, the Customer agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accept the parcel from the courier <\/span><b>with reservation.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">record a <\/span><b>video before opening the package<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, clearly showing the damage to the packaging and any possible impact on the internal contents.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the absence of acceptance with reservation and a video recorded prior to opening, after-sales support cannot be guaranteed and responsibility will rest solely with the Customer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2.6 International Shipping<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode may ship products within the European Union and the United States through appropriate agreements with third-party logistics providers.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3 \u2013 Payments<\/b><\/p><p><b>3.1 Accepted Payment Methods<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode accepts several payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. The available options are shown during the checkout process.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.2 Payment Security<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode uses industry-standard encryption technologies to protect Customer payment information. Credit card data is not stored on our servers for enhanced security.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.3 Invoicing<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After payment, the Customer will receive an order receipt.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span> <b>You can request an invoice by sending an email to info@coverride.com.<\/b><\/p><p><b>4 \u2013 Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund<\/b><\/p><p><b>4.1 Right of Cancellation and Withdrawal<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may request to cancel your order and receive a refund anytime before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. It is not possible to make a Withdrawal under any circumstances after shipping.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.2 How to Exercise the cancellation right<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer must notify Searcode through an explicit declaration sent by email to <\/span><b>info@coverride.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the communication before the item has been shipped.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4.3 Customer Support<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For clarifications or complaints, the Customer may contact <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@coverride.com\"><b>info@coverride.com<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5 \u2013 10-days Warranty<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers in the US are entitled to a warranty on products purchased through the Coverride website. This warranty covers lack of conformity within 10 days from delivery.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.1 10-days Warranty Conditions<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 10-days warranty covers conformity defects that appear within 10 days from delivery, provided that the defect is reported immediately upon discovery.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.2 Defects Covered and Customer Rights<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 10-days warranty covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a product is defective, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement free of charge unless such remedy is impossible or excessively burdensome. As an alternative, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination if repair or replacement is impossible or not performed within a reasonable time or without inconvenience.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.3 Exclusions from Legal Warranty<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 10-days warranty does <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cover:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">damage caused by improper, negligent, or incorrect use;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">normal wear and tear;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">repairs performed by unauthorized parties;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unauthorized modifications;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">defects or damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid infiltration, or external agents;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accessories, consumables, or components subject to natural deterioration.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>5.4 Applying the Legal Warranty \u2013 Procedure<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To exercise the 10-days warranty, the Customer must notify Searcode of the defect immediately upon discovery. Notification must be sent to <\/span><b>info@coverride.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proof of purchase<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a detailed description of the defect<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the defect falls under the 10-days warranty, the Customer must ship the product to Searcode for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, Searcode will repair or replace the item as described in Article 5.2 and refund shipping costs. If the defect is not covered, all costs (including shipping) will remain the Customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.5 Return and Refund for 10-days warranty<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If repair or replacement in application of 10-days warranty is impossible or not performed within 60 business days, the Customer is entitled to a price reduction or full refund of the defective product.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5.6 Out-of-Warranty Repair<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to request out-of-warranty repairs by writing to info@coverride.com. The repair request is not binding, and if the repair is accepted by Searcode, the Customer will receive a quote. The quote must be paid by the Customer in advance and in any case before delivering the product to Searcode for repair. The maximum repair time is 30 days from the date the product is received by Searcode, excluding transit times for receiving and returning the product.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6 \u2013 Final Provisions<\/b><\/p><p><b>6.1 General Liability<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coverride products are CE and FCC certified. Searcode is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of purchased products. Liability for Searcode is in all cases limited exclusively to the value of the purchased product.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.2 Amendments to this Contract<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on the website.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law or, where required by applicable U.S. regulations, by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Catanzaro, Italy, or, where U.S. law mandates otherwise, the competent courts of the State of California.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Version 0.2 \u2013 20\/11\/2025<\/b><\/p><p><b>Terms and Conditions of Use of the &#8220;Coverride&#8221; App<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms govern the use of the Coverride product apps. Acceptance of these Terms is required to register and use the app.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms are a contract between <\/span><b>SEARCODE SRL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the user of the app (the \u201cCustomer\u201d), who, by using or registering within the app, expressly accepts them.<\/span><\/p><p><b>1. Purpose of the Service<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Coverride app allows the Customer to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">configure, customize, or manage Coverride products;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connect to compatible physical devices;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">upload, send, or manage content intended for Coverride devices;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">access additional features provided by Searcode.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode may modify, update, or remove features at any time without notice.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2. Eligibility and Customer Obligations<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To use the app, the Customer declares that they:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are at least 14 years old (or older if required by local law);<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide truthful and complete information;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer agrees <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">violate the rights of third parties;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the app for illegal, offensive, or harmful activity;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attempt to decompile, copy, modify, or interfere with the App, servers, or code;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">upload content that violates copyright, trademarks, privacy, or any applicable regulation.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>3. Account and Security<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to app features requires registration. The Customer is responsible for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">all activities carried out through their account.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode is not liable for damages resulting from improper account use or unauthorized access by third parties.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content in the app\u2014including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">software, code, algorithms;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">design, text, graphics;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">logos, trademarks, multimedia materials<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is owned by Searcode or licensed to Searcode and protected under intellectual property laws.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designs displayed in the marketplace and provided for free may originate from copyright-free platforms (e.g., Pixabay). All rights remain with their respective owners.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5. Content Uploaded by the Customer<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer may upload content (photos, videos, files, or other materials) intended for use with Coverride devices.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer represents and warrants that such content:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">does not violate third-party rights;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">does not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode is not responsible for content uploaded by the Customer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Uploaded content is stored <\/span><b>locally<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the Customer\u2019s device and is <\/span><b>not accessible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Searcode. Deleting the app will delete the uploaded content.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6. Connection to Coverride Physical Devices<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The app may connect to Coverride physical devices via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, FTP, or other protocols.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Coverride iPhone app supports both the \u201cCoverride\u201d cover and the Coverride Smart Pendant.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Android app supports <\/span><b>only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the Coverride Smart Pendant.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The App is available exclusively on Android and iOS smartphones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer acknowledges that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compatibility may vary based on device and operating system;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">issues arising from incorrect configuration, unauthorized modifications, or improper use are not attributable to Searcode;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode is not responsible for incompatibilities with smartphones running OS versions released more than 12 months prior and not updated to newer versions.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>7. Payments and Premium Services<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the app offers paid features or subscriptions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prices will be displayed within the app;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payments will be processed through the store system (Google Play \/ App Store) or external circuits;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refunds will follow the policies of the store, external payment systems, and Searcode.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>9. Account Suspension or Termination<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Searcode may suspend or terminate the Customer\u2019s account, and may also block Coverride devices, without notice in cases of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">violation of these Terms;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">improper use of the App;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fraudulent or potentially harmful activity;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">theft of the product or the smartphone on which the app is installed.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>11.
